Materials
To make a pretty carnival hat, you will need:
- a sturdy paper cone hat
- adhesive lace
- BLOB stickers
- adhesive rhinestones
- a large pompom
- a glue gun
- a pair of scissors
Step 1
Cut a 50 cm piece of adhesive lace and then stick it on the edge of the hat.
Step 2
Decorate the surface of the hat with BLOB stickers.

Step 3
