How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials
To make this nice keychain you need:
- a large wooden tie (and its dowels)
- acrylic paint and a brush
- newspaper letter stickers
- colored round stickers
- an adhesive bow tie
Step 1
Paint the tie with acrylic paint and let it dry for about 15 minutes.
Here we used turquoise acrylic paint.
Step 2
Write the word DAD between the last two holes of the tie using newspaper letter stickers.
Step 3
Complete the decoration by sticking colorful round stickers all over the surface of the tie.
Step 4
Complete your creation by gluing a pretty bow tie at the top of the tie.
All that is left is to push the dowels into the holes to turn your pretty tie into a practical keychain.
