Shamballa Bracelets with Plastic Beads

 Cut the first cord into 2 cords of 50 cm each. We will call it cord A.

Take cord A of 50 cm and then attach it to the clipboard at about 15 cm from the end.

Thread 18 beads onto this cord A, then using adhesive tape, stick the unattached part of cord A under the clipboard.

Take another cord of a different color (cord B). Then tie the cord about 1 m in its middle to the 1st cord.

Bring the first bead up to the base of the first knot, then make the same knot as in step 4.

Create a loop with the left part of cord B that goes over cord A. With the right part of cord B, go over the left part of the same cord and then under cord A. Pull the cord through the loop formed on the left.

Repeat step 6 from the other side. Form a loop to the right then with the left part of cord B pass over the other part of cord B, underneath cord A, then come out through the inside of the loop formed to the right and tighten.

8.     Continue braiding (see steps 6 and 7) while being careful to alternate the loops to the right and to the left to achieve a nice twisted effect.

9.     Once the bracelet is at the desired length, cut the excess cord B  at the edge of the last knot and burn the cord using a lighter. You can also cut the excess cord flush with the knot and apply a dot of glue to fix everything in place.

10.     Cross the two A cords of the bracelet. Braid the 50 cm A cord for 3 to 4 centimeters using the Shamballa method. To do this, just repeat steps 6 and 7 without the beads.

11.     Cut the excess cord A and then secure it using a lighter or glue (see step 9). 

Ajouter deux perles sur chaque cordon A puis faire un double nœud afin de les enfermer.
Enfin couper l'excédent de cordon derrière le double nœud puis fixer à l'aide d'un briquet ou de colle glue (voir étape 9).
