Tie and Shirt Paper Card
A lovely card for Father's Day, to write him a small message of love.
How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Etape 1.
Here is the list of materials needed to create a shirt-shaped card measuring approximately 11 x 13 cm:
- 2 sheets of A4 colored paper (130 g/m²)
- Scissors
- Glue
- Small colored buttons
- Ruler and pencil
- Pen / Marker
Etape 2.
Cut an A4 sheet in half lengthwise.
Etape 3.
Take one of the two strips of paper and fold it in half as shown in the picture on the side.
Etape 4.
Make a fold of about 2.5 cm at the top of the strip you just folded.
Etape 5.
Using a pair of scissors, make 2 notches about 2 cm below the fold, on each side of the sheet.
Etape 6.
Flip the card and create two folds to form the collar of the shirt.
Etape 7.
Cut a small tie from a piece of paper and glue it onto the card.
Once the tie is fixed, glue the two parts of the collar of the shirt.
To embellish the shirt, you can glue two small buttons at the ends of the collar.
Etape 8.
Write a short poem inside the shirt.
Etape 9.
Your card is almost finished...
Etape 10.
Customize the shirt with stickers and soft rubber dots, and your lovely card will be finished.
All you have left is to give it to Dad on Father's Day to make him the happiest Dad in the world!
