Delivery times and methods
Times
Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours *, and we strive to go as fast as possible! In any case, the estimated delivery date is shown before the validation of your order. The transport time then depends on the shipping method chosen.
Depending on the time of year, these times may vary significantly. During the order validation process you will therefore find a precise indication of the processing time. This time takes into account product availability as well as the workload in the warehouse; it is given for information only and is not contractual.

Metropolitan France, Corsica, French overseas territories (DROM-COM), Spain, Portugal, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Italy, the Netherlands, Canada, the United States.
Delivery methods
Delivery to a professional address
→ €7.90 or €4.90 from €59.90
This delivery method is intended for all public bodies (school, municipality, leisure centre, special-needs institution, retirement home…) and companies. Delivery takes place between 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday. The average transport time via DPD is 24 to 48 hours **.
Note: delivery by a professional carrier is not available for a personal address.
Delivery to a relay point
→ €4.90 or FREE from €49.90
This delivery method allows delivery to the relay point of your choice, near your home or workplace. To find the nearest relay point: click here. The average transport time is 48 to 72 hours **.
Note: delivery to a relay point requires mandatory payment at the time of order. It is not possible if your order is paid upon receipt of invoice by a third-party payer.
Delivery to a personal address
→ €7.90 or €4.90 from €59.90
This delivery method allows you to be delivered directly to your home. If you are absent during delivery, a notice will be left in your mailbox and you can collect your order from your post office. The average transport time by La Poste is 24 to 48 hours **.
Note: delivery by Colissimo Follow-up requires mandatory payment at the time of order. It is not possible if your order is paid upon receipt of invoice by a third-party payer.
EXPRESS delivery — delivered the next day!
→ To a relay point: €7.90 or €4.90 from €49.90
→ To a personal or professional address: €10.90 or €7.90 from €59.90
This delivery method allows you to be delivered the day after your order *, if your order is placed before 12:00 noon. Express delivery is available to a relay point, a personal address and a professional address.
Note: delivery by Chronopost (personal address or relay point) requires mandatory payment at the time of order. It is not possible if your order is paid upon receipt of invoice by a third-party payer.
