1- How to place an order ?
- Online on our website.
- By phone at 00 33 (0)3 20 19 19 19 - Our hosts are available from Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM to advise you and take your orders (payment by credit card).

- By mail by sending us your order form along with your payment (check, transfer, administrative mandate, etc.) to the following address :

2- What are the handling and shipping fees for an order, and who handles the delivery?
The handling fees include the costs of preparing, packaging, and transporting your order.
Standard Delivery (transport time between 24 hours and 48 hours after the shipment of the order)
- Delivery to a pickup point : Flat rate of 4.90€ (FREE for orders over 49.90€)
Note: Payment at the time of order (by credit card, check, or transfer) is required for delivery to a pickup point
- Home delivery: Flat rate of 7.90€ (4.90€ for orders over 59.90€)
For home deliveries, to a personal address.
Note: Payment at the time of order (by credit card, check, or transfer) is required for home delivery.
- Delivery to a professional address by carrier: Flat rate of 7.90€ (4.90€ for orders over 59.90€)
For schools, associations, town halls, nursing homes, companies... In short, an address where there is always a person to receive the package
during regular business hours.
For Germany : flat rate of 23€ regardless of the order amount.
EXPRESS Delivery : Delivery the day after the order before 1 PM 00 (For orders placed before 11 h 00)
- Delivery to a pickup point : Flat rate of 7.90€ (4.90€ for orders over 49.90€)
Note: Payment at the time of order (by credit card, check, or transfer) is required for delivery to a pickup point
- Home or business delivery: Flat rate of 10.90€ (7.90€ for orders over 59.90€)
For home deliveries, to a personal address.

3 - How to pay for an order ?
- Payment card : Immediate and secure payment via the HIPAY payment solution.
- Apple Pay : Immediate and secure payment via Apple Pay (available only for Apple phone users).
- Paypal : Secure payment via PayPal, in one payment or in 4 installments without fees, payment method reserved for individuals from 59 € of purchase.
- Bank check : Send by mail your order form (to print after validating the 3rd step) along with your check made out to 10 DOIGTS at the following address : 10 DOIGTS - 19 RUE DU TRIEU DE QUESNOY - CS 80023 - 59115 LEERS
- Transfer, administrative mandate, or third-party payer organization : send by mail or by fax (03 20 61 11 10), your validated, stamped, signed order form along with either:
- a copy of the transfer order
- the administrative mandate.
- the commitment voucher of the paying organization.
In the case of payment by check or transfer, an email will be sent to you upon receipt and registration of your order.
4- I am a school, a town hall, a leisure center, can I order ?
Yes and additionally, you are not required to pay by credit card, you can pay by transfer, checks, administrative mandates, or third-party payer organizations.
Simply send us by email or fax (03 20 61 11 10), your validated, stamped, signed order form along with either:
- a copy of the transfer order
- the administrative mandate.
- the commitment voucher of the paying organization.
In the case of payment by check or transfer, an email will be sent to you upon receipt and registration of your order.
5- How to know the status of your order ?
After validating your order, you can anytime find it in your customer area by clicking on the link : « My customer area » and follow its progress.
Below are the different statuses of your order :
Status n° 1 : Waiting for the reception of the paper order form and its payment (concerning orders paid by checks, transfers, mandates, etc.)
Status n° 2 : Order recorded. Waiting for preparation.
Status n° 3 : Order being prepared and packaged.
Status n° 4 : Order shipped.
6- Delivery time
- Standard order
Orders are shipped within 24h to 48h* And we strive to always go as quickly as possible
The transport time is then 24h to 48h, from the shipment of the package.
Depending on the time of year, these times may vary significantly. You will therefore find, during the validation process of your order, a precise indication of the processing time of your order. This time takes into account the availability of products, as well as the workload in the warehouse. It is given for informational purposes only and is not contractual. - Express order
Orders are shipped on the same day (if validated before 11 AM).
Delivery takes place the next day before 1 PM
If you select items “Available within 15 days ” or “Available on xx/xx/xx ”, we will wait to receive these items before shipping the entirety of the order. The 15-day period is given as an indication. It can be shorter or significantly longer.
If despite all our efforts, your order is delayed in being shipped, we invite you to contact us by email: contact@10doigts.com or by phone at 03 20 19 19 19, so we can see together what is blocking your order.
7- Which carrier handles the delivery ?
- Delivery to a personal address : delivery is made by La Poste in Colissimo Suivi. In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox to retrieve your package from your post office.
- Delivery to a business address : delivery is made by a private carrier from Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM.
For schools, deliveries are generally not made on Wednesdays or during school holidays, based on the assumption that the school is closed. However, if you know the school will be open and wish to be delivered on a Wednesday or during the holidays, please ask us by phone at Need information?
Customer Service + 33 (0)3 20 19 19 19 or by email : contact@10doigts.com - Delivery to a Pickup Point: delivery is made to a pickup point of your choice by the company Mondial Relay, near your home or workplace. You are notified by email of the departure of your package, and then by a second email, of the arrival of the package at the pickup point.
- Express Delivery: Deliveries are made by CHRONOPOST, to a pickup point, at home, or at a business, according to your needs.
8- How to be informed of the availability or unavailability of an item ?
When placing your order on the website, you will notice that for each item, we associate a status :
- Status « Available» : Item in stock
- Status « Available within 15 days » : Item being restocked. This 15-day period is given as an indication. It is often shorter. Orders containing products with this status will be shipped as soon as these temporarily unavailable products are available.
- Status « Available on xx/xx/xx» : Item being restocked, with a specified timeframe. If you order a product in restock, your order will wait for the arrival of the missing product before being shipped in full.
- Status « Unavailable » : Item temporarily unavailable. It is not possible to order it, but you can be informed of availability by email upon receipt of the product. To do this, click the button « Notify me of availability » on the product. You will then receive an email upon arrival of the product in our warehouse.
9- Is it possible to return an item that does not suit me ?
If despite our efforts, you are not fully satisfied with an item, simply return it to us, with our agreement, within 8 days of its receipt, so that it can be refunded.
In this case, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and the refund assumes that the returned item reaches us intact in its original packaging.
Note : the return of books is not accepted.
10- I received a damaged or defective product, what can I do?
If despite our efforts, you encountered such an incident, simply make your request by email to contact@10doigts.com including:
- Your order number
- The name of the damaged or defective item and a photo
11- Is it possible to order for delivery in the DOM-TOM ?
10 DOIGTS does not deliver directly to the DOM-TOM. In order to respond to your requests, we invite you to contact our distributors for the DOM-TOM whose list you will find below.

12- How to refer a person?
It’s simple: you both win!
As soon as your referral accepts your sponsorship, they automatically receive a voucher of 5€.
On their first order (minimum amount of 30 euros, excluding shipping costs), your account is immediately credited with a voucher of 5€ usable at your convenience within a year.
Can we have multiple referrals?
You can refer up to 10 referrals.
Your account will be automatically credited with a voucher of 5€ each time one of your referrals makes their first order.
In summary :
For the sponsor: automatic credit of 5€ for each first order of a referral
For the referred: gift of a voucher of 5€ for the first order of a minimum amount of 30€, excluding shipping costs
PS: It is impossible to refer a person who already has a customer account - The use of a code (referrals and/or sponsors) is only valid on an order of a minimum amount of 30€ excluding shipping costs - Limited to 10 referrals per sponsor.
