Who is responsible for processing my personal data?

The data controller is the company that defines for what purpose and how your personal data is used.
The personal data collected on the 10 DOIGTS website is jointly processed by:

Where is my personal data stored??

The personal data collected is exclusively hosted in France. They are kept:

• on the one hand, on secure internal servers located at the headquarters of 10 DOIGTS in Leers (59115);

• on the other hand, on the servers of our hosting provider Nexylan, based in Roubaix (France), which provides us with a secure environment compliant with GDPR standards.

No transfer of personal data is made outside of the European Union. This choice of local hosting guarantees the sovereignty of your data and their protection under French law.

However, in certain limited cases, non-identifying technical data (such as cookies, browsing or session identifiers) may be processed by third-party partners located outside the European Union (e.g. United States), particularly in the context of advertising or analysis tools (e.g., Google, Meta).

In this case, 10 DOIGTS ensures that these transfers are regulated by appropriate guarantees (standard contractual clauses validated by the European Commission or adequacy decisions).

Why does 10 DOIGTS collect my personal data?

10 DOIGTS primarily uses your personal data for the following purposes:

• Order management and customer relationship

• Payment for your orders

• Personalization of online advertisements (advertising profiling for the benefit of third parties which involves analyzing or predicting elements concerning notably personal preferences, interests, situation, behavior, location, or movements of a natural person).

What personal data is collected about me?

What data?

• Identity : civility, last name, first name, address, delivery address, phone number, email address, customer number, data concerning registration on objection lists.

• Order-related data : transaction number, details of purchases, purchase amount, data related to invoice payments (payments, unpaid, discounts), product returns.

• Data necessary for loyalty and prospecting actions : purchase history.

• Connection/navigation: identifiers, cookies, interactions with the site.

We collect the information you provide to us when:

- you place an order on our site as part of your purchases or access to our services
- you browse our site and view products
- you participate in a game or contest

- you write a comment or leave a review on our site

Are the data mandatory or optional?

On what legal basis and for what durations are my personal data processed?

Depending on the purposes, your personal data is processed on the following legal bases :

• Order management and customer relationship: processing based on the execution of the contract between you and 10 DOIGTS.

• Payment for orders: processing based on the execution of the contract.

• Fraud prevention: processing based on the legitimate interest of 10 DOIGTS to prevent fraud.

• Personalization of advertisements and advertising profiling: processing based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

• Site security: processing based on the legitimate interest of 10 DOIGTS to ensure the security of the site and your data.

• Statistics and customer knowledge: processing based on the legitimate interest of 10 DOIGTS to better understand its clientele and improve its services.

• Commercial prospecting (email, mail, phone): based on legitimate interest or your consent, depending on the case.

Retention periods:

• Data necessary for order management and billing: for the entire duration of the commercial relationship and 10 years for accounting obligations.
• Data necessary for loyalty actions and prospecting : for the entire duration of the commercial relationship and 3 years from the last purchase.
• Data regarding opposition lists to receive prospecting : 3 years.
• Data regarding cookies : depending on their nature, a maximum duration of 13 months.

Does the processing involve automated decisions or profiling?

As part of certain marketing actions (personalized advertisements, product suggestions), 10 DOIGTS may perform non-intrusive marketing profiling, that is, an analysis of your browsing and purchase data in order to offer you content tailored to your interests.

No automated decision with legal or significant effects (within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR) is made based on these processes.

Who are the recipients of my data?

Data transmission to subcontractors
The data we collect may be transmitted to service providers (subcontractors) - to which 10 DOIGTS calls upon to perform its services in the context of the purposes mentioned above, for example for management, execution, processing, payment of your orders, as well as for marketing operations.

Data sharing within the 10 DOIGTS group
The data concerning you may also be transmitted to the other subsidiary companies of the 10 DOIGTS group for study and customer knowledge purposes.
Data sharing with third parties

The categories of recipients who may receive personal data from 10 DOIGTS are:

• Advertisers using 10 DOIGTS advertising services as well as marketing and advertising agencies and their advertisers
• Affiliate Partners
• Social networks
• Law enforcement authorities in the context of judicial requisitions concerning the fight against fraud or other authorized third parties
• Customs services in the case of delivery abroad

Your postal and telephone data may be transmitted to third-party advertisers through partners (marketing agencies or data brokers) as part of postal and telephone prospecting campaigns. In this context, the establishment of segmentation and profiling may be carried out for the needs of these postal and telephone prospecting campaigns. What rights do I have regarding the use of personal data?

To allow us to respond quickly, we thank you for specifying your name, surname, email, address, and if possible your customer reference and specify the address to which the response should be sent.
We may proceed with identity verifications to ensure the confidentiality and security of your data. In some cases, a copy of an identity document bearing your signature may be requested. A response will then be sent to you within 1 month following the receipt of the request.
At any time during the risk analysis conducted by 10 DOIGTS in the context of fraud prevention, you may present your observations.
