Who is responsible for processing my personal data?
The data controller is the company that defines for what purpose and how your personal data is used. The personal data collected on the 10 DOIGTS website is processed by:

Where is my personal data stored?
The personal data collected is hosted exclusively in France. It is kept:
● on the one hand, on secure internal servers located at the headquarters of 10 DOIGTS in Leers (59115), France;
● on the other hand, on the servers of our hosting provider Nexylan, based in Roubaix (France), which provides us with a secure environment compliant with GDPR standards.
No transfer of personal data is made outside of the European Union. This choice of local hosting guarantees the sovereignty of your data and its protection under French law.
However, in certain limited cases, non-identifying technical data (such as cookies, browsing or session identifiers) may be processed by third-party partners located outside the European Union (e.g. the United States), particularly in the context of advertising or analytics tools (e.g. Google, Meta).
In this case, 10 DOIGTS ensures that these transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses validated by the European Commission or adequacy decisions).

Why does 10 DOIGTS collect my personal data?
10 DOIGTS primarily uses your personal data for the following purposes:
● Order management and customer relationship
● Payment for your orders
● Personalization of online advertising (advertising profiling for the benefit of third parties, which involves analyzing or predicting elements concerning notably the personal preferences, interests, situation, behavior, location, or movements of a natural person)
● Fraud prevention
● The security of our site
● Customer knowledge, statistics and the performance of our site
What personal data is collected about me?
What data?
● Identity: title, last name, first name, address, delivery address, phone number, email address, customer number, data concerning registration on objection lists.
● Order-related data: transaction number, details of purchases, purchase amount, data related to invoice payments (payments, unpaid amounts, discounts), product returns.
● Data necessary for loyalty and prospecting: purchase history.
● Connection / navigation: identifiers, cookies, interactions with the site.
When?
We collect the information you provide to us, in particular when:
● you create your customer account on our site;
● you place an order on our site as part of your purchases or access to our services;
● you browse our site and view products;
● you take part in a game or contest;
● you contact our Customer Service;
● you write a comment or leave a review on our site;
● you respond to a satisfaction survey;
● you view our advertisements.
Trackers and measurement pixels in our emails
Our newsletters and commercial communications may contain a « measurement pixel » (also called an invisible pixel): a very small image, embedded in the message, that loads from our servers when you open the email and your email software displays images. This device allows us to know if, and at what time, our message was opened. We use these trackers to measure the open rate of our mailings and to adapt the frequency, format and content of our communications in order to improve their relevance.
As of 07/14/2026, the placement and reading of these trackers is based on your prior consent, collected separately, in accordance with Article 82 of law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 known as the French Data Protection Act.
Among the data collected, we are able to see the date and time the email was opened, the type of device used, and a technical identifier associated with your email address.
This data is processed by NBC 10 DOIGTS SAS and by our email delivery provider Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), acting as a processor.
Consent and open-tracking data are kept for the duration of your subscription to the newsletter. You can withdraw your consent to receiving communications and to the placement of their tracking pixel at any time.
Mandatory or optional nature of the data
When certain information is mandatory (e.g. the delivery address to place an order), this is specified to you at the time of collection. Refusal to provide mandatory data may result in the inability to access certain services.

On what legal basis and for what durations is my personal data processed?
Depending on the purposes, your personal data is processed on the following legal bases:
● Order management and customer relationship: processing based on the performance of the contract between you and 10 DOIGTS.
● Payment for orders: processing based on the performance of the contract.
● Fraud prevention: processing based on the legitimate interest of 10 DOIGTS in preventing fraud.
● Personalization of advertising and advertising profiling: processing based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
● Site security: processing based on the legitimate interest of 10 DOIGTS in ensuring the security of the site and your data.
● Statistics and customer knowledge: processing based on the legitimate interest of 10 DOIGTS in better understanding its clientele and improving its services.
● Commercial prospecting (email, mail, phone): based on legitimate interest or on your consent, depending on the case.
Retention periods
● Data necessary for order management and billing: for the entire duration of the commercial relationship and 10 years under accounting obligations.
● Data necessary for loyalty and prospecting: for the entire duration of the commercial relationship and 3 years from the last purchase.
● Data concerning opposition lists to receiving prospecting: 3 years.
● Data concerning cookies: depending on their nature, a maximum duration of 13 months.
Does the processing involve automated decisions or profiling?
As part of certain marketing actions (personalized advertisements, product suggestions), 10 DOIGTS may perform non-intrusive marketing profiling, that is, an analysis of your browsing and purchase data in order to offer you content tailored to your interests.
No automated decision producing legal or significant effects (within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR) is made on the basis of these processes.
You retain the right to object at any time (see section « What are my rights regarding the use of personal data? »).
Who are the recipients of my data?
Data transmission to processors
The data we collect may be transmitted to the service providers (processors) that 10 DOIGTS calls upon to perform its services in the context of the purposes mentioned above, for example for the management, execution, processing and payment of your orders, as well as for marketing operations.
Data sharing within the 10 DOIGTS group
The data concerning you may also be transmitted to the other subsidiary companies of the 10 DOIGTS group for study and customer knowledge purposes.
Data sharing with third parties
The categories of recipients who may receive personal data from 10 DOIGTS are:
● Advertisers using 10 DOIGTS advertising services as well as marketing and advertising agencies and their advertisers;
● Affiliate partners;
● Social networks;
● Law enforcement authorities in the context of judicial requisitions concerning the fight against fraud, or other authorized third parties;
● Customs services in the case of delivery abroad.
For advertising targeting:
● On social networks: we may communicate some of your non-identifying data to contact you and send you personalized advertisements on social networks (e.g. Facebook, Google…).
For commercial prospecting by third parties:
● Prospecting by telephone and postal means: your postal and telephone data may be transmitted to third-party advertisers through partners (marketing agencies or data brokers) as part of postal and telephone prospecting campaigns. In this context, segmentation and profiling may be carried out for the needs of these campaigns. What rights do I have regarding the use of personal data?

To allow us to respond quickly, please provide your last name, first name, email, address and, if possible, your customer reference, and specify the address to which the response should be sent.
We may carry out identity verifications to ensure the confidentiality and security of your data. In some cases, a copy of an identity document bearing your signature may be requested. A response will then be sent to you within one month following receipt of the request.
At any time during the risk analysis conducted by 10 DOIGTS in the context of fraud prevention, you may present your observations.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL), in particular on its website www.cnil.fr.
