Fast delivery times

Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours**. And we strive to go as fast as possible!!
The transport time is then 24 to 48 hours from the shipment of the package.
Depending on the times of the year, these delays may vary significantly. Therefore, you will find, during the validation process of your order, a precise indication of the processing time of your order. This time takes into account the availability of products, as well as the workload in the warehouse. It is given as a guideline, but is not contractual.

Real-time tracking of your orders

At any time, you can find out the status of your order by going to your customer area.
At each stage of processing your order, you will be notified by email:
              - Upon receipt of the order, to confirm its good reception.
              - At the start of preparation.
              - At shipment.
And in this last email, you will find the information specifying the number of packages and their weight, and the tracking number of the package. A link allowing you to go directly to the carrier's site will enable you to track the delivery of the order up to its delivery.

Satisfied or refunded

If despite our efforts, you are not fully satisfied with an item, simply return it to us within 14 days for it to be exchanged or refunded.
In this case, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and the exchange or refund assumes that the returned item reaches us intact, in its original condition.
