HIPAY handles the processing of payments made on the site, as well as their security and integrity. 10 DOIGTS has no access to your bank details: this data is encrypted and disappears automatically after the payment.

* Payment upon receipt of invoice is available only for public bodies, municipalities, companies, etc. In order for us to process your order, please send us your purchase order signed and/or stamped by the paying organization, or accompanied by the commitment-of-expenses form.

Fast delivery times

Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours ** and we strive to go as fast as possible! The transport time is then 24 to 48 hours from the shipment of the package. Depending on the time of year, these times may vary significantly. Therefore, during the validation of your order, you will find a precise indication of its processing time. This time takes into account product availability as well as the workload in the warehouse; it is given as a guideline but is not contractual.

Real-time tracking of your orders

At any time, you can check the status of your order by going to your customer area. At each stage of processing, you will be notified by e-mail:

In this last e-mail, you will find the number of packages and their weight, as well as the tracking number. A link lets you go directly to the carrier's site to track the delivery of your order up to its arrival.

Satisfied or refunded

If, despite our efforts, you are not fully satisfied with an item, simply return it to us within 14 days for it to be exchanged or refunded. In this case, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the exchange or refund assumes that the returned item reaches us intact, in its original condition.

To ensure the correct processing of your orders, we need your surname, first name, address, e-mail and phone number. Unless you agree otherwise, this information is not shared with other companies. In general, we are committed to doing everything possible to preserve the confidentiality of the information transmitted.
