Terms of Use for 10 Doigts Gift Vouchers

1: Usage

The 10 Doigts gift vouchers are valid for one year and valid only on the website www.10doigts.com
The 10 Doigts gift vouchers are non-nominative and can be used by a single beneficiary in one or multiple instances.
The gift voucher allows you to settle an order of an amount lower, higher or equal to the value of the voucher.
If the order amount is less than the value of the gift voucher, the balance of your voucher will be usable on a future order.
Each gift voucher has a unique code. This code must be entered in the "gift code/referral" field located on the order payment page.
Multiple gift vouchers can be used to pay for a single order.
If the order amount is greater than the value of the gift voucher, you can pay the difference by your chosen means: Credit card, Check, Bank transfer or administrative order.

2: Restrictions

The 10 Doigts gift vouchers cannot be sold, exchanged or refunded.
Each gift voucher has a validity of one year from the date of purchase of the said voucher. Beyond that, the voucher is no longer valid.

A gift voucher cannot be refunded or exchanged.

3: Loss

The risk of loss and the title of ownership associated with the gift vouchers are transferred to the purchaser or designated recipient upon sending the gift voucher by email.
We will not be held liable if a gift voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your authorization.

4: Fraud

The gift vouchers have a unique number and cannot be reproduced. Any copying or fraudulent attempt to use will result in the cancellation of the order. The company 10 Doigts reserves the right to initiate legal action against fraudsters.

5: General Conditions

The General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale of the website www.10doigts.com apply. The gift vouchers are issued by the company NBC 10 DOIGTS. When you purchase, receive or use a gift voucher, you accept these terms of use for gift vouchers. We reserve the right to modify these terms of use at our sole discretion. All terms of use apply to the extent permitted by law.
