I Paint on Silk
Painting on silk is a relaxing activity that will allow you to create trendy designs with colorful and vibrant patterns.
Create a beautiful silk square yourself, for yourself or as a gift.
You can paint on dry silk, where the colors will spread very easily. Or on wet silk for a watercolor effect, dampen your silk square with a bit of water, and apply the colors starting from the lightest to the darkest.
To create patterns, you can use stencils for self-adhesive textiles. Or draw with gutta (masking liquid) to create white reserves and neatly define areas for painting. Once dry, apply your colors and let them spread on the textile as you go, then remove the reserve film once your creation is dry. A very relaxing activity with a beautiful result at the end!
