Craft your own heat pack using cherry stones or seeds. It’s easy, and you can take your heat pack everywhere with you. Simply heat it for 1 minute in the microwave or place it on a radiator—what could be more convenient? This heat pack will have its place at home, at school, or in the office. Choose a nice fabric to sew into a cushion shape or something similar, and fill it with cherry stones, for example. Feel free to double the fabric to make your heat pack more durable against time and heat!
