Repoussé Metal
The manual activity of repoussé metal is very easy and can be done relatively early by children. It involves a sheet of metal that is embossed (or marked) with a round-tipped metal stylus to create a raised drawing. Once the pattern is drawn (or traced) on the sheet, the stylus is used to go over all the contours and lines of the drawing. This way, the metal will take shape according to the drawn patterns, capturing the volume of the drawing on the sheet. Use a soft support under the sheet (such as newspaper) so that the metal sheet can easily take the reliefs of the drawing. With its metallic effects, your creation will shine brilliantly.
