For Father's Day, children will enjoy making a lovely heart using beads and a sculptable metal wire.
To decorate the base, they will use scrabble letter effect stickers and shiny stickers for a creation that will shine brightly!
At the end of this activity, children will have a cute and original gift that will charm dads!
This easy craft is ideal for developing children's motor skills from the age of 3.
How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials
For this activity, you will need:
- a heart sculpture kit consisting of 6 wooden bases, beads, and metal wires.
- Scrabble letter effect stickers
- square rhinestone stickers
- a pair of scissors
Step 1
Glue the letters PAPA on 2 sides of the cube as shown in the photo.
Be sure to center the letters properly on the height of the cube.
Step 2
Tip: To make the gluing task easier in the next step, you can remove the outline of the square gem stickers. This way, young children will be able to handle the stickers more easily.
Step 3
Decorate the entire surface of the cube using our lovely square rhinestone stickers to add color and shine to the base.
Step 4
Unroll a metal wire and then thread about 50 to 60 beads onto it.
Step 5
Twist the 2 threads together along the remaining length to secure the beads.
Step 6
Shape the wire to form a pretty heart.
Step 7
Adjust the length of the metal rod with a pair of scissors, then place the heart on the base.
