A Pretty Note Box for Mom
Here's a great activity to do with children for Mother's Day.
Starting from a simple white note box, children will create a sparkling box by simply sticking on some rhinestones, a photo, and pretty accessories.
An inexpensive and practical gift that moms will love!
How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Matériel
Para fabricar una bonita caja de notas se necesita :
- una caja de notas de cartón blanco
- strass corazones
- cinta de tela adhesiva
- un lazo de tela
- gommettes "Mamá, te quiero"
- una pinza de madera de 7 cm
- un tubo de pegamento
- un par de tijeras
- pinzas de precisión
Step 1
TIP: To handle rhinestones (especially the smaller ones) more easily, we recommend using our precision tweezers.
Step 2
Glue the heart-shaped rhinestones onto the note box, leaving a blank strip of about 3 cm in the center of the surface.
Step 3
Cut a piece of fabric tape measuring 30 cm and then stick it around the notebook box.
Step 4
Glue a pretty fabric bow underneath the hole located on the front of the box.
Step 5
Stick the letter stickers "Mom" onto the blank surface located in the middle of the rhinestones.
Step 6
Stick a nice photo on the inside of the box lid and then write "I love you" using the stickers!
Step 7
PRACTICAL: Glue a 7 cm wooden clothespin to the back of the box. This will be very handy for holding a pencil, keeping it always within reach when writing notes.
