How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials:
To make a crown, you will need:
- patterned paper of your choice
- adhesive lace
- a pencil
- a glue stick
- a pair of scissors
- a ruler
Step 1:
Cut out approximately 10 triangles from the patterned paper
Dimensions: 9 cm in height and 7.5 cm in width.
Note: Adjust the number of triangles according to the head circumference (approximately 10 triangles for a diameter of 14.5 cm).
Step 2:
On the lower edge of each triangle (the base), measure 5 cm from the left corner and mark a small point with a pencil.
This will serve as an accurate guide for assembly.
Step 3:
Form the crown chain:
Apply glue to the right side of the first triangle. Position the left corner of the next triangle exactly on the 5 cm mark.
Repeat the process for all remaining triangles.
Step 4:
Stick a strip of adhesive lace (or ribbon) along the entire bottom of the crown (outer face) to reinforce the base and hide the joints.
Step 5:
Check the size on the child's head and close the crown by gluing the two ends together to form a circle.
