The Three Wise Men with Paper Cups

Moreover, this craft activity is a great way to teach children the story of the Wise Men while entertaining them at the same time. A simple craft to prepare for the Feast of Kings with the kids.
How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials:
To make three wise men, you will need:
- three cardboard cups
- a sheet of adhesive glittery soft rubber
- six googly eyes Ø 2.5 cm
- three pom-poms
- three pipe cleaners
- skin-toned and brown paint + a brush
- a glue gun
- a pair of scissors
Step 1:
Paint the 3 white cardboard cups with acrylic paint:
- one cup in brown
- one cup in flesh color
- for the last cup, mix flesh color and brown
Allow to dry for about 15 minutes.
Step 2:
Cut a rectangle measuring 18 x 5.5 cm from self-adhesive glitter foam.
Next, cut out triangles to create a crown.
Step 3:
Glue the rubber crown around the cardboard cup.
Step 4:
Glue 2 movable eyes Ø 2.5 cm with a glue gun.
Step 5:
Wrap a pipe cleaner to form a mustache, then glue it with a glue gun.
Step 6:
Finally, glue a pompom Ø 2 cm with the glue gun.
Step 7:
Repeat steps 3 to 6 by varying the colors of pom-poms, pipe cleaners, and soft glittery adhesive rubber to represent the three wise men.
