A fun activity, suitable for ages 6 and up, and can be completed in under an hour.
How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Step 1
Apply a thin layer of glue-varnish on a part of the notebook cover. On the glued part, place a circle of tissue paper, then cover again with the glue-varnish.
Step 2
Repeat step 1 until the entire cover is covered in circles of tissue paper.
Step 3
Let it dry. Then, using white glue, stick a bow on the front of the notebook and little heart buttons all over.
