How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials:
To make a bead frame, you will need:
- a photo of your choice
- a square pegboard
- ironing beads
- a glue gun
- an iron
Step 1:
After printing a photo, place it under a pegboard to clearly visualize where to position the beads.
This helps avoid covering faces or important elements of the photo.
Step 2:
Create the chosen pattern around the photo to form the frame
Step 3:
WARNING this step may require the assistance of an adult.
Place parchment paper over the finished frame, then run the iron over the paper in gentle circles.
Tip: iron all the corners of the frame to properly secure everything and prevent it from breaking.
Step 4:
Gently remove the parchment paper and the frame from the plate.
Tip: if some beads did not fuse, replace the parchment paper and press again.
Step 5:
Add four dots of glue to the corners of the photo, then stick the frame on top.
