How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials
To carry out this activity, you will need:
- a large wooden heart (10 cm)
- a small wooden heart (7.5 cm)
- a wooden base with a slot
- red acrylic paint and a paintbrush
- a small basket
- paper flowers and leaves
- "Mom" stickers
- adhesive rhinestone strips
- white self-hardening modeling clay
- a glue gun
- a pair of scissors
Step 1
Paint the large heart with red acrylic paint and then let it dry for about 20 minutes.
Step 2
Glue the small wooden heart to the center of the large heart using a glue gun.
Step 3
Write "Mom" or "I love you" in the center of the heart using stickers.
Step 4
Make a small ball of modeling dough (about 50 grams) and place it at the bottom of the basket.
Press the dough down at the bottom of the basket with your finger.
Step 5
Create a floral arrangement by planting paper flowers and leaves into the modeling dough.
If needed, adjust the stems using a pair of scissors.
Step 6
Decorate the wooden base with a strip of adhesive rhinestones.
Step 7
Glue the small basket on the left of the wooden base (slot facing up) using the glue gun.
Step 8
Place the wooden heart in the slot of the base to complete the creation.
