Materials:
To make this lovely frame you will need:
- a photo of your child on their first day of school
- a wooden "Polaroid" frame
- alphabet stickers
- round colored plastic buttons
- adhesive lace ribbon
- acrylic paint and a paintbrush
- white glue
- a pair of scissors
Step 1:
To begin, paint the frame with acrylic paint
Then allow to dry for about 20 minutes.
Step 2:
Customize the frame with the phrase "MY FIRST DAY BACK" using colorful stickers.
Tip: Slightly overlap the stickers so the phrase fits well on the frame.
Step 3:
Apply white glue around the edges of the frame and then attach the buttons in varying colors and sizes.
Step 4:
Glue a small piece of adhesive lace to the base of the frame.
Step 5:
Place the frame on its base.
Step 6:
Print a photo of the child on their first day of school (8 x 8 cm), cut it out, and insert it into the frame.
