In this new tutorial, we will teach you how to easily make a TIC TAC TOE game, also known as Noughts and Crosses!
The zippered pouch even doubles as a game board! Children can easily store the game and take it with them wherever they go, whether it's to challenge their friends in the schoolyard or to play with family during vacation.
How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials:
To make a TIC TAC TOE game you need:
- A cotton bag 19 x 23 cm
- White modeling clay
- Red and blue acrylic paint + a paintbrush
- Paint markers
- Fabric markers
- An alphabet stencil
Étape 1 :
To make the game pieces, we will use modeling clay. Form 10 balls of clay approximately 4 cm in diameter and then slightly flatten them on the table to create the bases.
Then let the modeling clay dry for about 24 hours.
Step 2:
Once the dough is dry, paint 5 tokens blue and the other 5 tokens red.
Let the paint dry for about 45 minutes.
Step 3:
Using a white paint marker, draw crosses in the center of the red pieces and circles in the center of the blue pieces.
After 20 minutes of drying, outline with a black paint marker.
Step 4:
Using paint markers, make small colored dots all over the surface of the game pieces.
Step 5:
To make the game board (which will also serve as a storage bag for the tokens), take a cotton bag measuring 19 cm x 23 cm and then draw the grid with a black fabric marker.
Step 6:
Finally, draw the words "TIC TAC TOE" at the bottom of the bag using fabric markers and an alphabet stencil.
