How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials
To make a pretty flower pot you will need:
- a white cardboard cup
- acrylic paint and a paintbrush
- white adhesive lace
- a fabric bow
- a gel adhesive dot (glue dot)
- adhesive rubber letters
- cardboard straws
- felt heart and flower stickers
- white modeling clay
- yellow paper grass
- a pair of scissors
Step 1
Paint a paper cup with acrylic paint.
Step 2
Once the paint is dry, cut a piece of adhesive lace and stick it all around the cup.
Step 3
Glue a pretty fabric bow to the top of the cup using a gel adhesive dot.
Step 4
Customize the cup by writing a word or a name with rubber adhesive letters.
Step 5
Glue the heart and flower stickers to the top of cardboard straws to create the "flowers" that will be planted in the pot.
You can layer the stickers to achieve beautiful effects of volume and color!
Step 6
Take a bit of white modeling clay and place it at the bottom of the cup.
The straws will be inserted into the clay for good support.
Step 7
Plant the flowers in the modeling dough ball at the bottom of the cup, adjusting the size of the straws with a pair of scissors if necessary.
Step 8
For a nice finish, place a bit of yellow paper grass in the cup.
