Foil art is a creative autumn activity, perfect for children, allowing them to create bright and original artworks.
After drawing the outlines of autumn patterns with 3D pens on transparent rhododendron leaves, children apply aluminum foil to create the outlines, which then serve as a guide for coloring directly on the aluminum foil with permanent markers, adding relief and vibrant details.

How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials:
To use the foil art technique, you will need:
- autumn templates that you can download here
- aluminum foil
- permanent markers
- transparent Rhodoïd sheets
Step 2:
Place the sheet with the chosen drawing under a transparent Rhodoïd sheet.
Step 3:
Using 3D pens, redraw the outline of the drawing on the transparent sheet.
Tip: Your outline should be thick to make the next steps easier.
Step 4:
Once your drawing is completely dry, surround the transparent sheet with aluminum foil.
Then press on the outlines drawn with the 3D pens to make the relief stand out.
Step 5:
All that is left is to color inside the outlines with permanent markers.
