In this easy Easter activity, children will have fun creating colorful giant chickens with balloons and paper!

How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials:
To make a chick, you need:
- A balloon
- Stiff card (orange, white, and red)
- Double-sided adhesive tape
- A permanent marker
- A pair of scissors
Step 1:
To get started, inflate a balloon.
Step 2:
Cut out the following shapes from a strong orange card:
- 2 legs
- 1 beak
- 2 wings
Step 3:
Stick the various shapes onto the balloon with double-sided tape.
Step 4:
Cut two crests from a strong red cardstock.
Step 5:
Stick the 2 crests face to face on the knot of the balloon.
Step 6:
Cut out the eyes from a strong white card and decorate them with a black marker.
Step 7:
Stick the eyes on the ball with double-sided tape.
