Knead the Foam Clay for a few minutes to make it soft and pliable, then form a ball with a diameter of 3 cm.
Flatten the ball to create a medallion or any other shape of your choice. Using a pointed tool (pen, pencil, etc.), make a small hole for your cord to pass through once the paste is dry. Gently push the rhinestones into the paste. Let it dry for 24 hours.
The rhinestones will adhere to the paste as it dries, eliminating the need for glue.
Tip: Dry your creation upside down (with the rhinestones facing the table) to prevent the paste from sticking to the table. Once the medallion is dry, all you need to do is thread your cord through the hole provided to wear your medallion as a pendant.
How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Step 1
Take a small amount of dough to make a ball approximately 3 cm in size.
Step 2
Flatten the ball to create a disk of approximately 4.5 cm
Step 3
Using a pen, make a hole at the top of the disc. This will be used to attach the cord to the medallion at the end.
Step 4
Place the rhinestones on the modeling dough disk. Gently press the rhinestones in and let the dough dry for about 24 hours.
As it dries, the dough will shrink and secure the rhinestones in the medallion.
Step 5
Once the dough is completely dry, thread a cord through the hole made in step 3.
That's it, you're done! You can give this beautiful necklace as a gift, or create others by varying the combinations of rhinestones.
