How to complete this tutorial step by step?
the material
The handbag mirror comes with self-adhesive discs, a square plate of 7cm for ironing beads, ironing beads with a diameter of 5 mm, a tweezers to position the beads, parchment paper, an iron, and a glue gun to attach your creation to the mirror.
Draw a pattern
To guide you, you will need to first draw the pattern of your choice (here a heart) on a disc provided with the mirror. This way, you will have the right template, and your creation will perfectly fit the size of the mirror.
Position the beads
Place the board over the drawing, and by transparency, you can fill the board by following the drawing underneath. Use the tweezers to position the beads to avoid dropping them.
Tip: Start from the inside and continue filling towards the edges of your drawing.
Iron the beads
Then place baking paper over your creation, and iron over it to fuse the beads together.
Glue the creation
Let it cool for a moment, then use the hot glue gun to glue the side that has been ironed onto the mirror backing.
There you go, it's ready!
