How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials
To make a funny clown, you will need:
- a paper cup
- a polystyrene ball Ø 7 cm
- flesh-colored paint and a paintbrush
- colored chenille stems (30 cm)
- round stickers
- eye stickers
- a fabric bow
- adhesive lace
- a black marker
- adhesive dots
- a pair of scissors
Step 1
Paint the cup with skin-colored paint and let it dry for about 30 minutes.
Step 2
While the paint dries, we will make the clown's hair.
Cut 10 colored pipe cleaners in half to obtain 20 small pipe cleaners of 15 cm. Wrap the pipe cleaners around a pencil to create small "springs".
Step 3
Firmly push the 7 cm Ø foam ball into the cup.
Step 4
Insert the caterpillars into the polystyrene ball to create the clown's wig.
Tip: use a skewer to make holes in the ball to insert the caterpillars more easily.
Step 5
Stick 5 round stickers on the upper part of the cup:
- 3 large ones for the nose and eyes
- 2 small ones for the cheeks
Step 6
Stick 2 eye stickers on the round stickers.
Step 7
Draw a nice smile using a black marker.
Step 8
Cut a piece of adhesive lace measuring 18 cm and then stick it around the base of the cup.
Step 9
To complete your creation, glue a nice fabric bow using a sticky dot.
