In this activity, we will create a paper flower hiding pretty messages to be planted in a small plastic pot.

How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials:
To make a flower you will need:
- A flower template to print
- A nice photo
- A plastic pot Ø 7.5 cm
- Colored A4 paper sheets
- A wooden stick
- Adhesive lace
- A glitter adhesive heart
- Air-drying modeling clay
- A glue stick
- A fine-tipped black marker
- A pair of scissors
Step 1:
Print our free template and use it as a guide to cut out different shapes from colored paper (flower and petals).
Step 2:
On the complete flower, write love messages on each petal.
Here we chose: "I love you", "You are the best", "You are the kindest", "I adore you", "You are the most beautiful", and "You are unique".
Step 3:
In the center of the flower, glue only the tips of the colored petals so that you can hide and reveal the compliments by simply lifting the petals.
Step 4:
Print a nice photo, cut it into a circle, and glue it in the center of the flower.
Step 5:
Turn the flower over and glue a wooden stick.
Step 6:
Draw lines on the petals to add volume.
Step 7:
Put modeling clay in the plastic pot.
Step 8:
Plant the flower in the modeling clay.
Step 9:
Customize the pot by sticking a glittery adhesive heart.
Step 10 :
And finally, stick a strip of adhesive lace around the pot.
