How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials
Pour réaliser cette activité il faut :
- un mini décapsuleur en métal
- de la pâte à modeler Silk Clay
Step 1
Make 2 balls of modeling clay (Diameter of each ball: about 3 cm). Choose 2 colors of your choice.
For your information: with a pot of Silk Clay, you can make 2 bottle openers.
Step 2
Flatten the 2 colored balls together and then make a log.
Twist the log to mix the colors.
Fold the log in half and repeat this operation to mix the colors well and achieve nice marbling.
Step 3
Make a log about 11 cm long and then slightly flatten it on the table.
Step 4
Gently push the handle of the bottle opener into the modeling clay.
Step 5
Fold the clay over the handle.
Step 6
Flatten the clay to properly separate the 2 parts and then shape the clay to give a harmonious form to the handle of the bottle opener.
Important: let the modeling clay dry for 4 to 5 days to ensure thorough drying.
Step 7
Place the bottle opener in a small cotton pouch to present it in an elegant package.
The cotton pouch will also help protect the bottle opener at home!
