Materials
To create a beautiful personalized keychain, you will need:
- a wooden keychain with a photo insert
- acrylic paint
- a brush
- masking tape
- wooden hearts
- wooden letters
- strong white glue
- a photo (4 x 3 cm)
Step 1
Place a piece of masking tape on the wooden lid 4 cm from the bottom edge of the key holder.
The masking tape will provide a clean demarcation between the colored area and the wooden area.
Step 2
Paint the "lower" part of the wooden lid with acrylic paint in the color of your choice.
Step 3
Remove the masking tape and allow the paint to dry for about 30 minutes.
Step 4
Glue a small wooden heart to the top of the keychain (the tip of the heart should slightly extend over the colored part).
Step 5
Glue a wooden letter that corresponds to the first letter of the child's name or the person who will receive the keychain.
Step 6
Open the key holder's lid and glue a 4 x 3 cm photo in the designated slot.
