Photo Puzzle with Wooden Sticks

To create a photo puzzle, you will need:

- a photo (or a printed photo)

- wooden sticks (length: 15.5 cm; width: 1.8 cm)

- a roll of masking tape

- glue

- a brush for gluing / varnishing

- a cutter

- a cutting mat to protect your work surface

- a pair of scissors

Select or print a photo/image from your computer (the height of the photo must not exceed 13 cm). The wider the photo, the more pieces the puzzle will have.

Next, align the wooden sticks so that the total width matches that of the photo. Then, stick 3 strips of masking tape (or regular adhesive tape) as shown in the photo to keep the sticks aligned.

If necessary, feel free to trim the photo so that it fits perfectly on the wooden sticks.

Once the masking tape strips are placed, turn the whole thing over and coat the entire surface with raw glue using a wide brush.

Quickly stick the photo onto the sticks, ensuring to press out any air bubbles.

Then let the glue dry for about 10 minutes.

Once the glue is dry, remove the 3 strips of masking tape located on the back side.

Cutting step reserved for adults.

To protect your work surface, we advise using a cutting mat.

Using a craft knife, cut the photo along the edges of the sticks.

Tips:

- To protect the photo, we recommend varnishing the surface.

- To create a puzzle that sticks to the refrigerator, simply attach magnetic tape behind each wooden stick.
