Transform pebbles into funny little monsters: kids will love it!
A creative activity that is easy and fun, requiring only a few pebbles, some paint, and googly eyes.
How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Etape 1.
Here is the list of materials needed to create funny little monsters:
- White pebbles
- Multi-surface acrylic paint
- Brush
- Googly eyes
- Strong universal glue (or white strong glue)
Optional: Neodymium magnets + Super Glue
Etape 2.
Pass the white pebbles under water to remove surface dust, then dry them with a cloth.
You can now paint the pebbles with multi-surface acrylic paint.
Etape 3.
Once the rock is painted, glue one or more googly eyes with a strong universal glue (or strong white glue).
Etape 4.
Draw the outline of the mouth and teeth using a fine-tipped black permanent marker.
Etape 5.
Color the teeth white using a paint marker or lacquer marker.
Tip: If you’ve gone over the lines, simply retrace the black outline to hide the mistakes.
Etape 6.
Once the little monster is complete, you can use it as a paperweight, magnet, or simply as a decorative object.
If you want to turn it into a magnet, simply attach a neodymium magnet to the back of the stone using Super Glue.
Depending on the weight and size of the stone, you may need to attach a second neodymium magnet to the back of it.
Etape 7.
Vary the colors and draw funny smiles to create an army of little monsters!
