Easter Centerpiece
Create a floral centerpiece using eggshells. A poetic creation for Easter.
How to complete this tutorial step by step?
the materials
You will need:
- Empty eggshells
- An egg carton
- A block of foam
- Small flowers picked from the garden
- A little bit of natural green moss
- A cutter
- A bowl of water
Cut the foam
Using a cutter, cut small squares from the foam brick the size of egg shells.
Preparing the Eggs
- Soak the foam squares in water to saturate them. This will keep your flowers hydrated, and they will last longer.
- Place the soaked foam squares in the egg shells, and set them in the egg carton. This will serve as a base to present your centerpiece.
Plant the Flowers
Then plant the flowers picked from the garden, or dried flowers, into each shell. Alternate with some natural green moss and do not overload your plantings so that the shells are still clearly visible.
Organize the composition
Distribute your plantings in the eggs carton; you can alternate with flower bulbs.
