Handprint Casting Kit

Easy to use, this kit allows you to create a highly detailed impression of a hand or foot in just a few minutes. Perfect for capturing life's special moments and creating a unique and touching keepsake!

 Kit contents:

• 1 pouch of 450 g alginate powder
• 1 pouch of 1 kg casting plaster (premium quality)
• Instructions

Preparing the cast:

• Use a container that leaves about 2 cm of space around the hand.
• Mix Creaform with cold water (120 g of powder + 360 g of water for a child's hand; 400 g of powder + 1200 g of water for an adult).
• Stir for 2 minutes to achieve a smooth paste.
• Dip the moistened hand into the mixture, remove to eliminate bubbles, then submerge again without touching the sides.
• Setting time: 6 to 8 minutes.

Pouring the plaster:

• Determine the quantity by first filling the mold with water.
• Pour the water into a container and then add the powder to the water (4 parts plaster to 1 part water).
• Mix until a smooth batter is obtained.
• Fill the mold a third of the way, tap to remove air, then complete filling.
• Drying time: 2 hours.
• Carefully demold and remove the Creaform material piece by piece.
