Candy-Filled Ghosts
Here is a simple and inexpensive craft that will delight children for Halloween!
We will create little ghosts using cups and fill them with candy.
To retrieve the hidden candy inside these little monsters, children will have to puncture a crepe paper membrane.
Thus, each child can take home their little ghost filled with treats !
How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Material
To make small ghosts, you will need:
- white cardboard cups
- a black marker
- 1.8 cm movable eyes
- adhesive dots
- white crepe paper
- a glue gun
- a pair of scissors
- candy
Step 1
Draw the eyes and mouth of the ghost on a white paper cup.
Step 2
Stick 2 movable eyes on the black eye background using adhesive dots.
Step 3
Fill the cup with candies.
Step 4
Cut a square of white crepe paper (12 x 12 cm).
Step 5
Using a glue gun, glue the edges of the cup.
Step 6
Without delay (as long as the glue is still warm), stick the square of white crepe paper onto the cup.
Step 7
Trim the excess paper with a pair of scissors.
Step 8
The candies are now trapped inside the ghost.
Step 9
To discover and collect the delicious candies, the children will need to pierce the crepe paper membrane!
