This handy little bag can be filled with confetti, streamers, and other essential accessories for the children’s carnival parade.

How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials
To make a carnival bag, you need:
- a colored kraft paper bag
- masking tape
- patterned cardstock
- buttons
- rhinestone strips
- a fabric bow
- a glue stick and adhesive dots
- a pair of scissors
- a ruler and a pencil
Step 1
Stick 2 strips of masking tape on a paper bag to create the clown's suspenders.
Step 2
Cut out a rectangle measuring 11.8 x 6 cm from a patterned cardstock and then glue it to the bottom of the bag.
Step 3
Stick a strip of rhinestones above the rectangle of paper.
Step 4
Glue 2 buttons at the bottom of the straps and a pretty colored bow using adhesive dots.
Step 5
Fill the bag with cottons, confetti, and other accessories for the Carnival parade!
