How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials:
To paint with cotton swabs, you will need:
- Cotton swabs
- Our printable models of crab, ice cream, octopus, butterfly, or frog.
- Paint
- A palette
Step 1:
To get started, print our free templates crab, ice, octopus, butterfly, and frog by clicking here.
Step 2:
In a painter's palette, prepare your colors.
Step 3:
Then dip a cotton swab in the paint and make small dots on the model of your choice.
Here we are using the filling technique.
Step 4:
But you can also make small dots along the edges of the drawing.

Or even better, mix the two!
