Dads' Pencil Holder
For this Father's Day craft, children will decorate a white cardboard pencil holder with a bit of paint and some accessories to turn it into a chic and practical gift that Dad can place on his desk!
How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Etape 1.
To do this activity you will need:
- a white cardboard (or wooden) pencil holder
- acrylic paint and a brush
- an adhesive bow tie made of thick card
- glittery masking tape
- acrylic buttons
- adhesive rubber letters
- strong white glue
Etape 2.
Paint the white cardboard pot with acrylic paint and let it dry for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Etape 3.
Stick a pretty adhesive bow at the top of the jar to add a touch of elegance to your creation.
Etape 4.
Stick glittery masking tape all around the pot, at the base of it.
Etape 5.
With strong white glue, attach two matching buttons below the bow tie.
Etape 6.
Customize the pencil holder by writing a word or a name with rubber adhesive letters.
Etape 7.
