Keychain Father's Day - wood / cork / leather
To create this lovely keychain, children will use various natural materials: cork stopper, wooden beads, leather scraps, linen thread.

How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials
To make this keychain, you will need:
- a cork
- scraps of leather
- wooden alphabet beads
- linen string
- a clip ring
- a screw eye
- a black paint marker
- a hole punch
- a cutting mat
- a pair of scissors
Step 1
Draw a heart on a cork stopper using a paint marker.
Step 2
Screw a metal hook onto the cork stopper.
Step 3
Cut a piece of linen thread about 40 cm long, fold it in half, and then create a loop using a double knot.
Step 4
Thread wooden alphabet beads onto the 2 pieces of linen string and finish with a double knot to secure the beads.
You can write the word dad, a name...
Step 5
Cut 3 strips of leather measuring approximately 1 cm x 8 cm.
Tip: choose different shades for an even prettier result!
Step 6
Make a hole at the top of each leather strip using a hole punch.
Use a cutting mat to protect your work surface.
Step 7
Open the metal ring in two and insert the various elements that make up the keychain.
