Photo Frame Corks

Here is the list of materials needed to create a photo holder cork:

- A cork

- A flat natural wood base (star, flower...)

- Googly eyes and/or Crazy Face Stickers

- Glue

- Rhinestones

- Acrylic paint

- A brush

Preparation step reserved for adults!

Before starting the activity with the children, make a small incision about 5 mm deep on the top of the cap.

You can make this incision using a craft knife.

This slit is where you will slide the photo at the end of this activity.

Paint the cap with multi-surface paint, then let it dry for a few minutes.

While the cork is drying, paint the wooden base in the color of your choice.

Let it dry for a few minutes as well.

Once the cap is dry, stick on googly eyes using universal glue (or Hasulith glue).

To add a fun touch, feel free to combine googly eyes of different sizes.

You can also use our Crazy Face Stickers to create a funny little character.

Glue small rhinestones all around your wooden base to enhance its appearance.

Glue the decorated stopper in the center of your wooden stand.

The wooden stand, in addition to bringing a colorful touch to your creation, will make the photo holder more stable.

Then slide a photo into the slot located above the cap and you're all set!
