Ladybug and Paper Flowers
With paper, a pair of scissors, a glue stick, and a black marker, your little ones can easily create this small ladybug surrounded by flowers.
The children will be proud to hang it in their room.

How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials:
To make a paper ladybug you need:
- Our free printable template
- A4 colored paper sheets
- Linen thread
- A pair of scissors
- A glue stick
- A black marker
- A pencil
- A hole punch
- A cutting mat
Step 1:
Fold two sheets of green A4 paper accordion-style.
Step 2:
For each sheet, apply glue along the entire length and then fold the whole thing in half to form fans.
Step 3:
Glue the 2 fans together to form a nice paper rosette.
Step 4:
Cut out a circle of about Ø 8.5 cm from a sheet of yellow paper, and then glue it to the center of the rosette.
Step 5:
After printing our free template, cut out the flowers.
Then trace the outlines of the shapes onto a thicker white sheet of paper and cut out.
Step 6:
Cut out five circles of approximately Ø 3 cm from a yellow sheet of paper and glue them to the center of the white flowers.
Step 7:
Glue the flowers all around the rosette, leaving space for the ladybug.
Step 8:
On a black sheet of paper, cut out:
- A circle of approximately Ø 4.5 cm
- A circle of approximately Ø 3 cm
- Two antennas
Step 9:
Glue the shapes together.
Step 10:
Cut out a new circle of Ø 4.5 cm from a red sheet of paper and then cut it in half.
Step 11:
Draw small black dots with a black marker.
Step 12:
Glue the ladybug's wings as shown in the photo.
Step 13:
Glue the ladybug in the center of the rosette.
To finish, make a hole at the top, pass a string through the hole, and then tie a knot.
