Paper Rabbits - Easy Method
With an easy method, children will enjoy making adorable little paper rabbits.
A simple Easter activity that all children can do with just a few sheets of paper, a pair of scissors, and a glue stick!
How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials
To make paper rabbits you need:
- A4 colored paper sheets
- A pair of scissors
- A glue stick
- A black marker
Step 1
Cut a colored strip of paper measuring 6 cm x 30 cm (the length of an A4 sheet).
Step 2
Fold the 2 ends so that they meet in the center of the strip of paper.
Step 3
Glue the two folded parts together to create a "bridge" made of paper.
Step 4
Cut out the body parts of the rabbit from a sheet of paper:
- a round head Ø 7 cm
- 2 ears
- 4 legs
Step 5
Glue the 4 legs of the rabbit as shown in the photo.
Step 6
Glue a white paper ear base and then glue the 2 ears onto the paper circle.
Step 7
Draw the rabbit's face using small white paper circles for the eyes and a black marker.
Step 8
Cut out 2 strips of paper measuring 3 cm x 21 cm (the width of an A4 sheet) and then glue them together to form a right angle.
Step 9
Fold the paper strips over each other along their entire length to form a paper "spring".
Secure the ends of the strips with a dot of glue.
Step 10
Glue the paper spring behind the rabbit's head, then glue the whole assembly onto the body.
Step 11
Paste a small white pom-pom for a lovely finish!
