How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials
To create a beautiful pencil holder, you will need:
- a plastic pot
- a wooden bracelet (Ø 7 cm)
- a round wooden base (Ø 8.5 cm)
- a sheet of patterned adhesive paper
- star stickers
- letter stickers
- a bow tie sticker
- ballpoint pens
- a tube of strong white glue
- a pair of scissors
Step 1
Decorate the wooden bracelet by sticking adhesive letters to form the word "DAD" along with some colorful stars.
Step 2
Apply glue under the bracelet and then stick it onto the round wooden support.
Step 3
Cut a strip 21 cm x 6 cm from a sheet of adhesive paper.
Note: with an A4 sheet you can decorate 5 pencil holders.
Step 4
Remove the protective film, then stick the strip of paper around the plastic pot.
Step 5
Apply glue under the plastic pot and then stick it to the inside of the wooden bracelet, on the round base.
Step 6
Decorate the pot with a colorful bow tie sticker.
Step 7
Place a few ballpoint pens in the pot to have a gift ready to use!
