Shirt Pencil Holder
Today, we're transforming a pencil holder into a shirt to create a cute and practical gift for Father's Day.
Bow ties, rhinestones, buttons, and solid gouache sticks will be used in this activity to create a burst of colors !
An easy craft to do with children from the age of 3.
How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Material
To carry out this activity, you will need:
- a white cardboard pencil holder
- solid gouache sticks
- bow tie stickers
- buttons
- adhesive rhinestone strips
- a 4.5 cm clothespin
- adhesive dots
Step 1
Decorate the pencil pot with solid watercolor sticks.
Solid watercolor practice is very opaque, does not get messy, and dries instantly. The advantages of painting without the drawbacks!
Step 2
Stick a bow tie sticker at the top of the pencil pot.
Step 3
Glue 3 buttons with adhesive dots.
Step 4
Cut a 20 cm strip of adhesive rhinestones and glue it around the pot, at its base.
Step 5
Glue a wooden clothespin inside the jar, behind the bow tie using 2 adhesive pads.
Step 6
Practicing with the clothespin allows you to hang a photo to personalize the pencil pot!
Step 7
Tip: for an even more vibrant pot, you can decorate each side with a different color!
