How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials:
To make this surprise egg, you will need:
- two half eggs made of polystyrene (20 cm)
- chocolate eggs
- Easter felt stickers
- colored ribbon about 1.5 cm wide
- brown paint and a brush
- a straw nest
- a pair of scissors
Step 1:
To start, paint the exterior of two half styrofoam eggs with brown paint.
Then let them dry for about 30 minutes.
Step 2:
Fill one half of the egg with chocolates, then close the egg with the other half.
Step 3:
Cut a ribbon measuring approximately 90 cm and center it at the base of the egg. Then, bring the two ends of the ribbon up the sides of the egg. Cross the ends at the top to create the first knot. Finish by forming a stylish bow similar to that of shoelaces.
Step 4:
Finally, place the egg in a straw nest and stick on some Easter stickers to decorate it.
On the day itself, all that's left is to untie the bow to reveal all the hidden chocolates inside!
