How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials
To create a lovely flower, you will need:
- a small recycled cardboard pot
- a wooden fork
- a glittery heart on a stick
- paint and a brush
- white adhesive lace
- adhesive googly eyes
- a sheet of green paper
- paper grass curls
- air-drying modeling clay
- a black marker
- a pair of scissors
Step 1
To create the tulip, we will use a wooden fork.
Paint the handle green and the head of the fork in your chosen color.
Step 2
Decorate the tulip by gluing on two googly eyes and drawing a nice smile with a black marker.
Step 3
Cut out 2 leaves from a strong green card and glue them onto the handle of the fork.
Step 4
Glue a strip of white adhesive lace around the cardboard pot.
Step 5
Make a ball of white modeling clay (4 to 5 cm in diameter, about 80 grams of clay) and place it in the cardboard pot.
Step 6
Insert the fork and the heart on a stick into the modeling clay.
Note: Adjust the stick of the heart with a pair of scissors before inserting it into the clay.
Step 7
Add some green paper curls into the pot for a nice finish!
