3D Christmas Tree with Paper Strips

To create a 3D Christmas tree with strips of paper, you will need:

- 3 sturdy cards in A4 size (white, green, and brown)

- a paper cutter and/or a pair of scissors

- multicolored 3D star stickers

- a glittery rubber star sticker

- glitter pom-poms

- a stick of white glue

- double-sided adhesive tape

Using a paper cutter, cut 7 strips of 21 cm x 2 cm from a sturdy green cardstock.

Using a pair of scissors, shorten the strips to obtain 7 strips of increasing lengths.

(the 1st strip measures 21 cm, the 2nd measures 19.5 cm, the 3rd measures 17 cm ...)

Make a fold of approximately 1 cm at each end of the strips of paper.

Cut a strip of approximately 23 cm x 3 cm from a sturdy brown cardstock and then glue it to the center of a sturdy white A4 cardstock to create the trunk of the Christmas tree.

Apply white glue to the folded ends of a strip of green paper and then stick them on either side of the trunk to create an "arch".

Glue the paper strips from the largest to the smallest, spacing them about 1 cm apart.

Decorate the tree by sticking on stars of all colors.

With double-sided tape, stick glittery pompons to the base of the tree.

Add the final touch by sticking a glittery rubber star on top of the tree.
