DIY Wooden Dream Catcher: Downloadable Tutorial!

Preparing this dream catcher requires gathering a wooden hoop, three pom-poms, a spool of thread, and four beads of each color.

Take the thread from the spool, pass its end through one of the holes in the wooden circle, and secure it by making a knot on the inner side.

Slide a bead onto the thread, then pass the thread through a new hole in the structure. Continue this technique to gradually weave the inside of the ring like a spider's web.

Remember to adjust the thread tension regularly during the design. When the pattern suits you, return to the very first hole to tie the thread and cut off the excess length. You can then move the beads with your fingers to distribute them evenly across the weaving.

Hang your three pom-poms in alignment at the bottom of the circle. To do this, pass the loop of a pom-pom through a hole in the ring, slide the base of the pom-pom into the center of that same loop, and pull firmly towards you to secure the attachment.

On the totally opposite edge from the pom-poms, add a piece of thread measuring about 15 centimeters, which will give you a solid attachment for suspending your creation.
