Easter Egg Collage
Make a beautiful Easter display with children using lovely Indian papers. This hands-on activity combines cutting and gluing paper mosaics, perfect for children, even the youngest ones!
How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials
Here is the list of materials needed to create a Easter egg collage:
- 2 sheets of A4 paper with the downloadable egg template printed above
(click on the Technical Sheet below the main photo to download and print the egg template)
- a few sheets of Indian craft paper
- glue
- a pair of scissors
- a marker
Step 1
Cut squares of about 3 to 4 cm from the Indian paper sheets and glue them onto the sheet to completely cover the egg as well as its outline.
Step 2
The egg is now covered with small colored papers.
Step 3
Cut out the egg on the second sheet, keeping only the outline of it.
Step 4
Glue the blank outline over your collage to create the outline of the colored egg.
Step 5
Add a little note to your collage to personalize it, and it's ready to be displayed!
