End of Year Gift: Candy Jar

To make this pretty jar, you will need:

- a plastic jar with a lid

- wooden sticks (9.3 cm)

- solid watercolor paints

- masking tape

- nano tape

- thank you stickers

- felt heart stickers

- adhesive lace

- a pair of scissors

Cut the ends of a wooden stick with a pair of scissors to obtain a pencil shape.

Repeat this operation to create 13 pencil-shaped sticks.

Note: 13 sticks will cover half of the surface of the pot.

Place a piece of masking tape on the tip of the stick, then color with a solid gouache stick.

The masking tape will create a nice demarcation between the body and the lead of the pencil.

Repeat this operation by varying the colors on the 13 wooden sticks.

Now place the masking tape so that only a few millimeters of the pencil tip are exposed.

Color the unmasked part with solid poster paint sticks to create the colored leads of the pencils.

Thanks to the masking tape, we achieve beautiful markings on the crayons!

Cut a piece of nano tape 13 cm long and stick it around the bottle at mid-height.

Remove the protective film from the nano tape.

Glue the 13 sticks to the nano tape.

Stick a message sticker on the sticks.

Decorate the edge of the lid with adhesive lace.

Glue a nice felt heart sticker onto the lid.

Fill the jar with treats before giving it as a gift!
